Refunds & cancellation

1. Cancelling

Cancel from account settings, or by emailing us — whichever you reach first. No notice period, no cancellation fee, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. We answer cancellation emails the same working day.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, your whole crew keeps full access.
No further charges after that. If a charge lands after you cancelled, that's our mistake — tell us and we'll refund it.

2. Refunds

Monthly plans are not refunded pro-rata. When you cancel, you've paid for the month you're in and you keep it. There are no longer commitments to refund.
Billing errors are always refunded — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or a wrong plan amount. Email us; we fix it, we don't argue.
If something went genuinely wrong — the service was down or broken for a meaningful part of your month — email us and make the case plainly. We'd rather refund a month than keep an unhappy crew's money. This is a good-faith promise, not a legal entitlement.
Where consumer law in your region grants refund rights beyond this policy, those rights apply.

3. What happens to your records after cancellation

Filed reports stay. Your account becomes read-only and free: log in anytime to view, download, and export every report you ever filed. We keep them because they're your record of work performed.
Original full-resolution photos stay for 12 months. When you cancel, we email you an export link so you can download your originals while they're hot. After 12 months, originals are deleted; the reports — with their stamped photos — remain.
Want everything gone instead? Ask, and we delete the account and all its content, including filed reports, within 30 days. Your records, your call.

4. The Free plan

Free has no billing, so there's nothing to cancel or refund. If you downgrade from a paid plan to Free, your existing reports all remain readable; the Free limits (1 user, 5 new reports per month) apply to new work going forward.

Reactivate anytime by picking a plan. Your history is where you left it.
